Outstanding and unresolved code violations are one of the most common reasons files do not close escrow at all or do not close escrow on time. This can be extremely frustrating to all parties to the transaction, particularly the asset manager.
Being pro-active is a big part of achieving the high service levels we strive to maintain. To that end, we maintain frequent and consistent contact with local county, city, and municipal code enforcement agencies to ensure that we are kept in the loop and updated regarding any potential code enforcement issues that may arise during the course of managing, maintaining, and marketing all assigned assets.
